It is summer. The time of exposure. I can’t believe it came so soon. I miss the winter days where I can hide all my fat under my muffler, coat, and jumper. It is the end of May, and I already see girls walking around with short-shorts with spaghetti strapped shirts on, and they are complaining about their ‘fat’ when they are already exposing their half naked body to everyone. The real problem is ME (I will not mention my weight in the public). The last time I got on the scale was… I don’t even remember. I didn’t bother to get on it after the moment when I realized I was over 50kg. Now I don’t even have one because I threw it away.

Enough with the depression, today, I am determined to make a plan for this summer. Asides from Finals, and Hagwons, I’m really going to work on my diet! (This is what I determine everyday but it doesn’t last any longer than a day or even an hour) No, but really. I’m doing this. I will make a daily food chart, which I will always keep in mind. Right now it is 8:46 and I am hungry because I didn’t have dinner yet. I know I can’t have any meal after 7, but just for today, I will eat Kalbee. Starting from tomorrow, I will change.

If you are really desperate to lose fat, you better realize where you need to focus on working out. There are different parts to your stomach fat and I will now tell you what to do for each part.

1. Upper level of your abdominal.

Usually when you overeat at a short period of time, you increase the volume of your stomach especially on the upper abdominal. As you absorb more food, your intestine stretches out, and you feel a fulfillment to fill your intestine fully. You have to remember to eat at the right time, and not skip a meal.

2. All sides, including overall stomach obesity.

Usually, when you have stomach fat throughout your entire abdominal, your whole body is obese. You may have diseases, and you are not so healthy. As I have already mentioned, overeating and eating irregularly at times is harmful for you. You should finish dinner before 7, and try not to have anything after that.  Read the rest of this entry »
